New York Office - Broad-based Corporate Transaction Associate

Our New York office is seeking an attorney with 7–9 years of experience in broad-based corporate transactional matters. The group has a broad practice of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions and restructuring for investment funds. Candidates should have an interest in broad-based transactional work and top US or Canadian academics with law firm experience. The group sits within the tax department.
