We are seeking multiple Labor and Employment associates at the mid to senior level for our Los Angeles office. Our Labor and Employment Department consists of over 20 full time Labor and Employment attorneys. Ideal candidates have experience in any of these areas: traditional labor, wage and hour class actions and PAGA lawsuits, and employment litigation. The successful candidates must have excellent analytical and writing skills, substantial experience handling employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and class action cases, and experience advising clients on day-to-day employment issues. Outstanding academic credentials are required. Salary range: $262,000-$350,000. Compensation is based on experience, skill, and knowledge. MSK offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
