Structured Finance - Associate

The Washington, DC office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-3 years’ experience. Experience in structured finance and securitizations is preferred. Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as warehouse credit agreements and managing multiple transactions at once. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
