Telecommunications Patent Attorney - Mid Level

Procopio is seeking to hire a mid-level Patent Attorney to join our highly-skilled and growing Intellectual Property Team. Eligible candidates will have at least 3-6 years of significant experience in Patent Preparation and Prosecution work. Candidates must be highly skilled in technology and wireless communications and have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. This position requires both state bar admission (open to any state with California as the preference) and USPTO bar admission. Excellent undergrad academic credentials required. Candidates will be expected to work effectively in a team-oriented culture and with professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly. Out-of-state candidates will be considered; relocation is not required. Typical salary range is from $200,000 to $250,000 depending on your volume of work. In addition, this role is eligible for performance -based incentive compensation, bringing the possible total compensation range to $220,000-$280,000 annually.
