Dallas Office - Litigation Associate

Our Litigation practice group seeks an associate with four to seven years of class action, commercial, and financial restructuring litigation experience. Candidate must have experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
