BANKRUPTCY ASSOCIATES Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking 3rd to 8th year associates to join our growing and dynamic Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department. Ideal candidates will have previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm and will have experience handling substantive court appearances and representing creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy matters. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required. We work seamlessly across offices and will consider experienced candidates in our New York, NY, Parsippany, NJ and Stamford, CT offices as we grow the group.
