Our growing labor and employment practice group is looking for employment law attorneys with varied experience and skill levels to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities will include: counseling clients on practical and effective business practices; defending clients against claims filed in courts and administrative agencies involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, safety, workers’ compensation, trade secret/non-compete issues and related matters; and representing clients in private and public sector collective bargaining. Candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply. Litigation experience preferred. Successful candidates should have the following: Licensed to practice law in Ohio Strong sense of service to our clients and colleagues. Strong legal research background and training. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow and learn. Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
