Corporate Mid-Level Associate Attorney (San Francisco)

Sheppard Mullin is seeking a Corporate Mid-Level Associate to join our San Francisco office. At Sheppard Mullin, we train our associates and help them grow as lawyers, and part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients. We have superb clients, and we work on interesting and cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm working on mergers and acquisitions Experience working on emerging companies and venture capital matters is a plus Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships Strong organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail are required Operating under time pressures and still acting as a collaborative team player while handling and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines is an essential need for this role Admitted to the California State Bar Qualified candidates must submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript for consideration.
