National Law Firm, O’Hagan Meyer LLP, is seeking to hire an attorney with 6-10+ years of experience in litigation for its Woodland Hills Office. Employment and/or wage & hour law experience preferred. Experience in business litigation and/or general litigation helpful. Duties include but are not limited to legal research, drafting pleadings, taking, and defending depositions, drafting, and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance. Candidates must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and in appearing in Court.
