Attorney for our Washington, DC office Six plus years of patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation Experience in ANDA litigation a plus Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters/disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial Opportunity to assume significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references Remote work opportunity This is an hourly, independent consulting position.
