Honigman's Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice group has a wealth of cutting-edge experience in antitrust litigation, defense of state and federal government investigations and counseling. While we have worked in a wide variety of industries, we have special expertise in healthcare antitrust, and are nationally known for our work in that area. Our healthcare antitrust experience includes victories in two major merger cases. We have a national practice and have represented clients in the full range of antitrust matters in more than 30 states. Assist with representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, defense of merger investigations (FTC/DOJ) and International) and other agency investigations, including: Conducting legal research and analysis; draft briefs, memos, and other relevant documents. Taking a key role in written discovery and depositions, trial preparation, and trial. Participating in and conduct witness interviews, client meetings, and negotiations. Assisting in the review of mergers and acquisitions to ensure compliance with antitrust laws and regulations. A minimum of 2 years of antitrust litigation experience in a law firm or a government agency; health care antitrust experience is preferred.
