Loevy + Loevy is accepting applications for an associate or of-counsel attorney for its intellectual property practice, including representing news publishers in copyright cases against OpenAI, Microsoft, and other AI companies. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of complex litigation experience, preferably in intellectual property cases. Candidates with other complex litigation experience will also be considered. The position requires the ability to manage all areas of discovery with only strategic-level supervision, including offensive and defensive document discovery, depositions, and experts. The position is intended to be full time, but candidates looking for a 75% full-time schedule are also encouraged to apply. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and will include full benefits, including fully paid employee and dependent health coverage and life insurance, employer-funded HRA accounts, dental, vision and 401(k) plans, and generous time off.
