Gibbons is seeking a senior real estate attorney to join the firm’s Real Property Group. Requirements: At least five (5) years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney handling complex lending transactions Significant experience with commercial real estate financing (preferably borrower side), including experience independently negotiating substantive provisions of loan agreements, guarantees and other loan documents Significant experience with commercial leasing (landlord and tenant side), including the ability to independently review and negotiate sophisticated commercial leases Experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements in connection with complex acquisitions and dispositions Experience with redevelopment work in New Jersey considered a bonus Admission in New Jersey or New York, or both is required Please send resume to Melissa Marquinhos, Recruiting Coordinator
