Qualifications: Mid-level associate with 3-5 years of general litigation experience. Extensive experience in civil litigation, including discovery, briefing, and trial preparation, is preferred; experience relevant to SEC and CFTC enforcement and regulatory matters, including representation of clients registered with those agencies, is a plus. Strong academic credentials and strong prior work experience are required. Should present strong client skills and bring a team-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
