Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions. Experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes is preferable. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.
