We are seeking attorneys for associate positions in Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions. Experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes is preferable. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Location: New York Compensation: The anticipated salary we expect to pay to associates is as follows: Fourth-year associates: $310,000 Fifth-year associates: $365,000 Sixth-year associates: $390,000 Seventh-year associates: $420,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join the market-leading leveraged finance practice.
