Selman Breitman LLP is seeking an insurance coverage attorney admitted to practice in Texas. This is a remote work position. We are looking for an individual who applies intellectual rigor to the tasks at hand; possesses well-honed research and writing skills; and works both cooperatively and independently. The position involves representation of insurers with respect to insurance coverage, litigation management, and alternative dispute resolution. Work will include analyzing coverage matters, preparing coverage opinions, and advising insurers on complex coverage issues under CGL, professional liability, and commercial auto policies. Experience with coverage issues related to construction defect litigation and additional insured coverage a plus.
