# of Positions: 1 | Years of Experience: 3+ King & Spalding seeks a compliance support attorney to support its recently launched and rapidly growing Global Human Capital & Compliance practice. The position will focus on monitoring and reporting on U.S. and global legal developments in the labor and employment compliance context (e.g., safety, privacy, pay equity, etc.). Candidates will also assist in preparing client updates on current labor and employment topics. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of prior labor and employment law experience, at a firm or in-house; strong academic credentials, writing abilities, and attention to detail; the ability to work both independently and in a team environment; and bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the staff attorney’s primary office is located. The position is off-partnership track and offers the flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices.
