Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering or physics. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a patent engineer or patent agent. Must have passed the USPTO exam or be registered w/ USPTO. Must be able to fluently read, speak, and write Mandarin and English. Must possess 1 year of experience in preparation of prosecution of telecommunications patents, including patents involving Long-Term Evolution (“LTE”).
