Find your future with us.</p> <p> Boeing Defense, Space &amp; Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an <b>Experienced Procurement Analyst</b> to join our team located in either <b>El Segundo, CA. Los Angeles, CA. Mesa, AZ. Oklahoma City, OK. San Antonio, TX. Seattle, WA. St Louis City, MO. Tukwila, WA.</b></p> <p></p> <p><b> Position Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li> Supports Procurement Agents with modifications to terms and conditions</li> <li> Leads/Supports terms and conditions negotiations with suppliers</li> <li> Communicates to the Supply Chain leadership negotiation strategies</li> <li> Supports General Terms Agreements (GTA’s) on behalf of the Program, Business Unit or the Enterprise</li> <li> Assesses and communicates contractual risk to Supply Chain</li> <li> Develops strategy with cross functional stakeholders to minimize contractual risk within Boeing terms and conditions</li> <li> Leads training and development around terms and conditions</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.</b></p> <p></p> <p><b> This position is for 1st shift.</b></p> <p></p> <p> This position must meet export control compliance requirements. <b>To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></p> <p></p> <p><b> Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p> <ul> <li> More than 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions</li> <li> More than 5 years of experienced drafting, negotiating, and executing complex legal contract terms and conditions and business terms (excluding pricing and delivery)</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> Preferred qualifications</b><b> (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p> <ul> <li> Juris Doctorate Degree</li> <li> More than 5 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)</li> <li> Experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers</li> <li> More than 5 years of experience supporting internal customers</li> <li> More than 5 years of experience with contractual risk management terms</li> <li> More than 5 years of experience in performing risk assessments and risk management</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> Typical Education/Experience:</b></p> <p> Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.</p> <p></p> <p><b> Relocation:</b></p> <p> Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
