Gfeller Laurie LLP seeks an associate with 3-5 years of real estate transaction and/or commercial litigation experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the Firm’s partners in representing banks and other non-bank lenders and title insurance companies in foreclosure, collection, creditor representation in Bankruptcy and other real estate-related litigation. Transactional experience should include participation in closings and familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, bank documentation and/or commercial leases.
