A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from a top law school; 3-6 years of experience in a dynamic transactional practice (preferably at a top Silicon Valley or San Francisco law firm with a recognized, leading emerging companies practice); an interest in working across the consumer and technology industries; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
