Clark Hill PLC is seeking an Attorney to join our Labor & Employment Business Unit in Chicago, IL. Candidates must have 6+ years of practice experience and an active Illinois Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills: Experience working with public and private employers in matters involving unfair labor practices, employee misconduct discipline, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations Experience in general employment counseling with a broad range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes Willingness to interact with clients and the ability to think on their feet Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, initiative, and motivation Desire to grow a legal practice Knowledge of police officer and firefighter disciplinary acts is a plus Clark Hill is an AmLaw 200 law firm with 27 offices across the United States, Ireland, and Mexico.
