The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of transactional and regulatory health care experience, with a strong capacity to work and manage projects independently. While a BOB would be a plus, it is not required. Additional experience around data privacy or life sciences would also be a plus. Experience with M&A, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute analysis, and/or hospital representation is preferred.
