We are seeking an associate attorney with zero to three years of experience to join our Corporate / Transactional department. Ideal candidates should have interest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, banking/finance and/or other corporate matters. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
