The Atlanta, GA office of Chamberlain Hrdlicka seeks a Senior Associate with 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience, or a Senior Counsel. The ideal candidate will have depth of experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Strong candidates will possess prior experience in title and survey review, environmental matters, title insurance, permitting and entitlements, zoning and equity/debt investment structures.
