We have an immediate opening in Los Angeles, Oakland, or our virtual office, The Link, for a Labor & Employment Senior Counsel with a minimum of ten years of experience preferred. The candidate should have experience with both litigation and counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have litigated various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, before government agencies as well as state and federal courts. Experience with California wage and hour class actions, as well as PAGA claims is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates must reside in California and have a California bar license. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in the Los Angeles and Oakland markets is $200,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
