We are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our Construction Defect team that possesses excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, interested in working on exciting and complex construction defect cases. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience), and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is preferred. SALARY RANGE: $115,000 – $130,000+, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
