This position requires experience with lease review, purchase and sale agreements, CC&Rs, secured financing negotiation, and documentation. Qualified candidates will have a distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing, organizational and communication skills. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance. Must be a current, active member of the California State Bar Association.
