The San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking several associate, or non-associate-track, attorneys with 1+ years of experience to work primarily on cutting edge health-care fraud litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in large complex litigation, as well as one or more of the following: health care or health care law, ERISA and employee benefits, insurance coverage, white collar crime, fraud detection or litigation, and/or internal investigations. Excellent academic credentials from a top law school, comparable firm experience, and outstanding analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be a member of the California State Bar.
