King & Spalding seeks a junior associate to join the business litigation practice in its New York office. The associate will be tasked with managing discovery, be responsible for initial drafts of litigation documents – including, amongst others, complaints, dispositive motions, discovery demands, etc. The associate will also assist with preparing witness examinations; preparing pre-trial motions, including summary judgment motions and motions in limine; preparing jury instructions; and participating in trials. Excellent academic credentials, New York bar admission, strong research and writing ability, aptitude for oral advocacy, and attention to detail are required.
