Strong background in computer science, physics, or some form of engineering with substantial software experience; USPTO registration is preferred, but not required. Good academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. 1-3 years of patent prosecution experience is strongly preferred. This position allows for working remotely the majority of the time, and we will consider candidates located within 2 hours driving time of the Silicon Valley office.
