The Houston office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is seeking an experienced paralegal for our litigation section. Requirements include a 4-year degree or completion of 2-year program from an ABA approved paralegal school. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of business litigation experience and have working knowledge of eDiscovery processes. Knowledge of Case Logistix, DISCO and Trial Director is a plus. The candidate must have experience handling large complex tort litigation cases; managing document production and review. Trial experience in both state and federal court is preferred. This person must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They must also have a professional demeanor; be a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
