Job Description: Holland & Knight LLP seeks a senior corporate associate or Special Counsel with [6-8] years of M&A experience to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
