The Team We are Scotland’s leading healthcare team, ranked band 1 in Chambers and Legal 500. We are also the leading Scottish historic abuse practice, at the forefront of the developing law. We act for major indemnifiers and insurers, as well as directly for healthcare professionals, local authorities and charities. The Role We are looking for an Associate (NQ-4 years PQE) to join our team. The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of healthcare and abuse claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi-award-winning firm. The role is based in Edinburgh and requires regular communication with clients nationally. We have a collaborative, supportive team working in a modern, flexible environment. The successful candidate should preferably have experience in personal injury. Previous experience in healthcare will be an advantage but is not essential. This is an opportunity to take a lead in a growing area where the law is developing and the work is challenging. Please note that our PQE levels are a guide and all suitable candidates will be considered.
