Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with one to three years of experience to join our Hong Kong office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, cross-border transactions, auctions, takeovers, fund formation, and private equity and venture capital investments, as well as corporate governance, capital raising, securities law, public company reporting and technology transactions. The following qualifications are required: - English and Mandarin Chinese fluency; - Admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor; - Experience with international corporate finance covering both mergers & acquisitions and capital markets; - Excellent research and writing skills; and - Strong academic performance (full time LLB with top GPA preferred) Candidates who are also licensed in New York are preferred.
