Work Locations: Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY. We will also consider qualified candidates for our offices in Albany, Garden City, Melville and Westchester. Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible. Qualifications: Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent communication skills with at least 2 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates will also preferably have experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement. While all technical disciplines will be considered, candidates will preferably possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering.
