A&O Belfast Allen & Overy’s Advanced Delivery Legal team plays an increasing role in delivering important elements of major litigation cases and transactions, as well as in coordinating teams of lawyers from around the world. The Belfast office is a key part of A&O’s advanced delivery of legal services to its clients, making intelligent use of technology and complementing the traditional law services provided by A&O throughout the world. The Role Legal Professionals (LPs) operate as generalist lawyers across a wide range of practice groups including ICM, Corporate, Litigation, Arbitration, Banking and Intellectual Property. At A&O Belfast, you will be involved in a wide range of projects across multiple jurisdictions. On a typical day, you could be reviewing disclosure in litigation proceedings for the Dubai office, as well as performing due diligence and contract reviews on high profile matters for our London office. The opportunity for secondment may also arise for Legal Professionals to work across various offices in the A&O network or client sites. Legal Professionals also benefit from an exceptional training programme designed to complement their law degree and support their future career. They also undertake an intensive Business Law and Practice programme designed and delivered in Belfast by the University of Law.
