Paralegal - Motor Paralegal Volume Claims – Motor Liverpool We are looking for Paralegals to join our Motor team in our Liverpool and Manchester offices to handle portal claims in MOJ and OIC . The paralegals manage a caseload of motor claims from inception to completion. Our clients are at the centre of what we do, and Paralegals are a key member of the team in making sure we provide the highest standard of service to them. This role involves working on cases that are defendant personal injury claims through both portals including part 8 proceedings, for some of the UK’s largest insurers. We are looking for candidates that are ideally experienced in managing the MOJ process from stages one to three and OIC cases in the portal and in litigation .This position is based in our busy Liverpool office within a progressive and encouraging team, who can offer you the support and guidance you may need to really develop your technical knowledge with a view to progressing your career into litigation.
