Lathrop GPM is seeking an Employee Benefits Attorney candidate with a minimum of five years of legal or relevant industry experience in the ERISA/employee benefits and executive compensation area. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of tax-qualified retirement plans and ESOPs, health and welfare benefit plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and equity compensation programs.
