Daniel Abrahamson is a principal attorney practicing in the firm’s litigation group. He brings 10 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on a wide range of litigation. As a trial and appellate attorney, Daniel has led dozens of jury trials and motions before the court, as well as oral arguments before the Court of Appeals. He handles a variety of matters for clients ranging from regulatory compliance and contract disputes to labor and employment cases. He began his legal career as a federal law clerk in the Northern District of Texas, assisting with complex cases such as patent prosecution and securities litigation. He then joined the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, working in the Misdemeanor, Felony, and Appellate Divisions, gaining valuable courtroom experience. After that, he served in the General Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office, specializing in employment and regulatory cases. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas Law School. He received a B.A. in History from Rice University. He’s admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Texas and is also licensed in Washington State. Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys bowling, mixed martial arts, and studying blockchain developments.
