Yujin McNamara represents clients in domestic and international trade litigation, including: Dispute settlement under the World Trade Organization (WTO). Antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Trade remedy litigation under the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT). Yujin also advises U.S. and foreign clients on various international trade law and policy matters related to: WTO agreements Regional Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) Regional bilateral investment treaties U.S. trade policy. Yujin served as a post-graduate legal intern in the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO. She also served as a legal intern with U.S. CIT Judge Delissa Ridgeway.
